After reinstalling firmware and reseating the DIMM, my previously great (but now problematic) C1022i now has a message to 'insert cyan toner correctly' (and also for MYK)
I changed the black cartridge with a new oem black cartridge to see if that would help, but it didn't. Reseating cartridges, removing paper from the drawer, and multiple reboots haven't cleared it.
Thoughts, anyone?
