Guessing it doesn't matter if it is a print or copy if that noise means anything. I think the solid line may be a arcing situation. Poster says the coronas are ok, but has he looked at them only or swapped? Poster may want to check along the process tray, especially the block assembly where the transfer corona couples in. I have seen some of them crack and cause various symptoms. The block will be at the very back of unit one.
Let us know if you have swapped out any corona assemblies, or just a visual inspection. Best to swap out as eye test may reveal nothing.

BLOCK ASSEMBLY TRANSF CORONA BROKEN AND I USE SOME ADHESIV TO FIX IT
and last i change 1 block unit gear drum but noise still come
can it be from 1 of motor or gear for roller left door make that noise and paper be late come to drum?
ps. noise didnt come when unit warmn up, only come when printin
Replace that "fixed" block with a good one, who knows what the properties of that adhesive are. Start there first, and clean the entire transfer/sep corona area out on unit 1to remove any build up of old toner and grease. I don't see a drive issue causing this, you would likely be getting jams. try new corona assemblies if possible, not rewired ones as well. Not a easy issue to peg, need to completely eliminate things, so rewiring a corona assembly may be just putting a problem back in. Replace the block!

Already replace the block but solid black line still show up
Had a similar case and the problem arose from belt that drives the drum and dev unit which jerks and causes the black strip.
Remedy;Open the rear covers, access the belt, clean the dev drive clutch, disamble the dev unit to make sure it moves smoothly, look at the teeth of the drive belt for possible wear and replace if worn out, check on the tension spring in case it is loose and replace, check on all gears that drive that system to prevent the jerking.
Sure looks like a stuck block to me. Has he forced them all to the front or rear and unplugged wire cleaning?
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.
This machine charges the drum positive and laser writes black. If primary cleaner is stuck(which they do all the time on these), no charge on drum in that area. Its like laser wrote there(discharge to create latent image)...black line
