    D1150 border erase adjustment

My customer is complaining that the blank border is to big and can I adjust it to be smaller or no blank edge at all.
I can not find any adjustment to reduce the blank edges at all.
The edges are about 1/3" blank on all 4 edges.
    Any help would be great.
    thanks

Sorry, I should have made it clearer.
I need to know if there is a way to reduce the blank edges to smaller or no blank edge while copying.
It is there when using the doc feeder or on the glass.

They copy pages with print close to the edges of the page. Just close enough that 1/2 the words are cut off.

I am assuming these adjustments are available to perform in tech mode or service mode.

How do I get to service mode on this model? So I try these adjustments.
