Good day all bro canon...I had a canon Ir2525 come out a massage 'insert the drum' i try to change drum(original) HVT board,Dc controller still the sae massage...can anyone out there had this problem before?pls help

Yes i did saw the metal plate of the drum touch the spring contact!!i just upgare the DC con Boot and Boot lang using user support tool still the same problem ..i want to try the Dc controller PCB but can't find..any ideaComment

also look for any small packing material on drum end
The machine constantly displays an "insert drum" message.
Check >The spring contact that goes from the HVT end block to the drum >make sure it is not out of place and not making contact.
Re position the contact. Please see the photo below.

1-The message "Insert Drum" is on the display, however, the drum is correctly inserted in the machine.
2-The drum unit had been replaced and the high voltage contacts were clean and not deformed in any way.
3-An "All Clear" was performed as well to no avail.
Workaround :
Replacing the H.V.T. resolved the issue.
