    C2020 Paper Feed Unit

I have a customer with an AdvC2020 with 2 cassettes, the copier does not recognize the bottom cassette. We have replace the entire feed unit, the cassette tray and the DC Controller but it still doesn't recognize it. If you press in on the drawer when you close it, you can hear 1 click, then nothing. Any ideas?

Cassette Presence is detected when the size switch is pushed. >>Size Switch A/B> INTERIOR FRAME
    Size switch A
    (Width Detection)
    Size switch B
    (Length Detection)

The upper switch of the Cassette Paper Length Switch detects the presence of the
    cassette.
If there is cassette, the switch will be turned ON, and if there is no cassette, the switch
    will be turned OFF.

(If no switch is pushed, it is determined as no cassette)

remove cassette> reach in and push to test

Sorry I misunderstood the issue with this copier. It sees the cassette it just doesn't lift the paper. We tried a new paper feed unit and it still doesn't work. We brought their feed unit back to the shop and tested it and it works fine. Also replaced the DC controller. What else could affect the paper lift. When you press in the drawer you hear 1 click then nothing.
