error 602 0001 canon 400i

hello everybody... i have a problem with a small copier ,canon 400i. I replaced the hard drive with a oem one from canon but i don.t know how to set up the firmware. I have acces to canon service websites for firmware and sst but i don.t know how to do it. Thanks for considering my request

You'll need to have Service Support Tool. Install and register the firmware into the SST program, then follow the manual instructions on connecting your computer to the MFP and installing the firmware from there.

if you have access to Canon support site just download the USB firmware file and reinstall firmware via a usb stick.
