Customer has complained in recent months send/receive problems.
Every time you go there the machine is fine. 3 engineers have been out, the line checked - nothing is wrong.
Have been out today and the customer is complaining now that the pages are being sent over squashed i.e compressed. This has happened to different numbers not just one number. receiving is ok - so they say.
I've rebooked the call as i have no service manual and so i'm at a disavantage at the moment untill i download it from canons website.
Any ideas would be good as i'm going to be scratching my head and butt wondering whats going on if anything
