Canon IR Advance C5035 print quality

Recently changed all the drums on this machine (used compatible and possibly regretting it now) Now the machine is printing color streaks/splash intermittently. Originally it was just a blue splash/streak but I went out and swapped places with the magenta and cyan drums to see if the problem followed the drum. It is still doing the same thing but now its showing some magenta. I have attached a couple images of what it is doing. Thanks in advance

Don't see the attachments and from your description likely don't need to. Try real OEM new drums and your problems are solved.

Some of those streaks can be deceiving esp when the cleaning blade is starting to fail. I would replace the cleaning assembly first. Esp if it is not the updated newest version. FM4-7244-020 Two revisions on this part. I have had decent results with comp drums on these lower speed models. They are forbidden in the high speeds. Don't forget to run DPC.

I have ordered new drums Here are a couple samples of the print quality. Like I mentioned. It wasn't doing this until I replaced the drums which were compatible Hopefully the images show up this time canon image.pdfcanon image 1.pdf

Hi,

I would check that the ITB is being cleaned, if there are streaks then replace the ITB cleaner assembly FM4-7244-010.

Just seen the examles, Genuine Canon drum units will fix this.
