    [Error Code] Canon IR 3235 E 804-0004

    Hello;

    I need help.The machine shows the code E 804-0004.I've already changed Main Controller Fan even though he was running normally when turning on machine,and MAIN POWER SUPPLY PCB ASSEMBLY with fan,when turning on fan running normally.

    Any help is welcome.Thank you.

          Check you supply voltage at wall outlet

          Hot > Ground = ?
          Hot> Neutral = ?
          Neutral> Ground = +/- 0.0 to 0.5 v max


          Fan lock signal. -- DC PCB issue !

              What version firmware does the machine have?

              Try using version V47.01

              It worked for me!!!

                  It might be a good idea to check all of your fans. I've seen the wrong fan indicated by error code in the past. Good luck.
