Canon C5035i EQ80 -shading

I have a problem with a C5035i EQ80.
When I copy/print the letters have a shading. only BK
In Arial it is not so heavy but with Arial black/narrow it is a big problem.

I clean the laser with the blue stick, make the Gradiation (full/fast), and the color mismatch.
When I made the auto gradiation I see that the black color is very Strong.(Hope this is the right word?)

Now I reduce the density from BK in the User menu for Copy and prints.--> its better but not the real solution because now the colors are to bright

Any ideas?

Machine have about 15k on Counter 101.

I'd ignore the colors on the adjustment prints, there not a repesentation of the real life prints. They are to 'tune' the gradation...

Do a PG4 print on black if you want to check gradation and fogging...
