Canon states even with the modded covers that the tech is required to remove the cover and do a thorough cleaning of this area on a regular basis. Cant blame this one all on the machine.

Hey,

My dad's having a recurring issue with a Canon IR C3480 that keeps giving him this code. He says that he's followed all the instructions and taken down the machine and cleaned the sensors. He said that the machine copies perfectly when making copies at the machine itself.

However, whenever someone sends a print command over the network this code pops up and the copier stops printing altogether. Any ideas?
