canon gp220 firmware

good day

i have an old Canon GP 220 with french language
when i change the language into english
the problem suddenly come out.

the problem is either
1) first copy is ok, succeding copy is all blank.
or
2) first copy is ok, succeding copy will have horizontal white lines, some 1 inch thick.

hope someone can help

maybe it cant read the image now. Ha Ha
put the French back and see if it works again, to be sure. clear the image processor.
