ir 5000i black copy in printer mode

hi i have ir5000i i install the machine with pcl5e driver it works good for the past 3 weeks and the costumer complained that it has this problem in printing but good in copy mode.i suggest them to reinstall the driver.but the problem still exist.did any has inconter this before? please help.

hi.i suggest to check the printer settings or change the driver to pcl6.i hope it is helpfull.good luck
