[Error Code] Canon ir adv 7565 E009 0501 Error Code

Anyone had this problem on a Canon ir adv 7565 copier. Its an E009 error code with a sub code 0501 it happens once or twice nearly every morning then works fine rest of the day.
Its a brand new machine with only about 30k in total.Manual sends you down the route of sensors and motors Ive checked them all but not changed anything yet as I wanted to post on here to see if anyone else had had this issue or if its a known issue on this range.
I cant find any info on Sims for this problem.
Please help if you have any info

Does that pdf apply to a c7065 as well? If so, can you put it up again?

Just got a call for that code and a search before heading out lead me to this post. I haven't seen this code before and wanted some info before heading out.
