Hello my name is costa, i used to import CANON IR 255/35/45(110V) From USA and i am unable to copy A4 from DADF and get Image get cut from top of the paper printed. Letter size are printed in good .pls help me on this

Check if the DADF is properly situated on the reader. I have the heights wrong and the feeder crooked causing scanning issues like this. Get the proper height and have the alignment checked. This was always the problem with this model scanning, never needed to replace anything myself.
