    Canon ImagePass B2 System reload

    Hello,

    Can some one help me with canon imagepass b2 (E100-07) system software ? The fiery boots correctly, the LED diag is 00 but will not communicate with my C5255. Did all the steps to reset the CMOS, reseating cables etc but no luck. I noticed also that the imagepass will reboot after some time.

    Any help will be appreciated,

      Does the person you received this from have the discs? Software would be included in those.

              Almost case is HDD have trouble.

              Try to format HDD and reload Firmware
