Adv 6555 Image Quality Problem

Dear All,

I experiencing this problem with a new machine Adv6555 only installed a month ago and have a meter reading of 10k only both printing and copy problem. I already isolated developing assy, cleaned the drum unit and checked the ETB if its going to the drum and primary charging assy. When I off the potential no changes happen and also doing some adjust in primary still the same. Hoping for your quick response. Thanks in advance.

U didn't explain what the image issue is ?

U mention blurred at end of post, is that the CQ issue ?

Most likely it is the dev middle stir rod, take the upper cover off of the dev and see if it is not attached. (FL3-2163-010) It has been an issue on all adv6000 series, the part has recently been modified to reduce breakage. I usually replace the just the rod and not the whole dev. It can be changed easily but can be messy, just pay attention to the orientation of the 3 rods as they need to be in correctly.

Sorry for the late reply. I already solved it by replacing transfer high voltage pcb underneath the ETB. Thank you so much for quick response.

The developer contact can cause a back ground. Junky print too.
