[Jamming] Imagepress c6000 A Jam code Of 0A13 is Occurring in Area 'D' of the Machine

Please help... machine is stack on a Jam error code Of 0A13 is Occurring in Area 'D' of the Machine.
This is what the manual have suggested, but my question is, WHAT IS WRAP? I've identified the sensor and the
actuator spring for PS304 the manual is referring to but I don't know what it means by "EXTRA WRAP".

    "Problem:
The 0A13 jam code signifies a residual jam at the primary fixing unit inlet sensor PS304. In this case the jam code
appears after the front doors of the main engine or sub unit are opened for any reason.

    Solution :
In this case, an extra wrap was needed on the actuator spring for PS304 to eliminate the jam code"

A "wrap" is an extra loop to make more tension on the spring. You take the end of the spring and loop it one more time to make more tension. If the spring is not giving enough pressure you get a "bounce" that gives a false reading.

Above error code is gone but still getting paper jam at UNIT B-D, just before going through the primary fixer. The jam code is 0112 (PS200), I can't find it in the manual. Please help!
