canon ir advance 6075

I have a problem in my canon Ir advance 6075. Every time the machine need to replace toner cartridge, when i pull out the toner cartridge the nozzle always remain inside and i force it to remove using flies the nozzle broke.Any suggestion please.Thank you.

Check and replace CAM unit. This unit use for holding or release tip of toner bottle
