canon ir1225if duplexing all pages

Hi All
Have this one off machine and it is duplexing all pages even though duplex function is turned off.
was wondering if anyone has any solutions to this.

duplexing on WHAT jobs? Copy? Print? if print check the print driver.

No its happening on both copy and print and also does not jam in the machine
