canon ir 7105 duplex paper crumbling issue

good day all

i am facing a strange problem in canon ir 7105 .
the paper feed to duplex unit is crumbled and stuck
pls refer the attached image

i have done everything possible by me .
renewed the two sensors ps11 and ps 12, cleaned the rollers , checked the solanoid etc

looks like its jamming at the rollers? is there an out-put mode to test the duplex motor?

That top plastic guide does warp. I have had to replace that for jamming in that area. There is a heavy spring on each end that may cause it to warp overtime. Those rollers also get slick And need to be replaced periodically
