hello all,
i have a canon copier C2020H.
I am getting this code when i turn the machine on.
Im gonna be honest and tell each step i have taken before i got this error.
Disassembled the back part of the machine to check if HDD exists, as i was unable to print pdf directly from the machine via USB drive
HDD is a 160gb seagate SATA.
i then connected it(hdd) to pc.
dint show up, thought it was baked and went to disk management, and there saw some 20 odd sized partitions.
then i deleted all of them and then reconnected the drive to the copier.
Ended up with E602-001.
Since this is caused by me, i believe that the machine is fine except for the hdd(firmware part)
now, i have worked on ricoh before but i have limited knowledge of Canon.
I have a service manual for this model.
Counter : around 400000 in all(color + black)
I have so far understood that i need SST and C2020H firmware.
But unable to source it till now.
Itd be of great help if anobody could assist me please.
Thanks.
