Hello All,
Warm greetings.
I have a Canon C2020H which has run approx 4L copies.(3.6L Bk rest color)
Issue was that PDF files weren't printing directly from the USB drive while images could be printed.
So what i did was to see if there was any HDD installed on this machine.
I removed the rear cover and saw that a 160GB seagate HDD was installed.
I then connected the hdd to PC. Since it dint show up under drives list, i used disk management to get a glimpse of it.
Since there were 20 odd partitions, i deleted them all and now i had 149 gb of RAW hdd space.
Then i connected the hdd to the copier and turned the machine back on.
Now the machine threw the error e602-0001 and then it wouldn't go any further.
I have tried various methods, like say, change the partition type to NTFS and FAT.
As of now, after 3 days of extensive research, i believe im in need of SST and Firmware files for C2020H.
I hereby request you all to advise as to how to proceed further with this machine and bring it back to life.
Please help.
Thanks
