              not same machine but basic problem found here....

              C5045 with E025-04C0 code

                  There's a gear with one way bearings in it (FU6-0584) in the black hopper assembly that cracks causing the door to not open. Big PIA to replace but at least it's not one of the color hoppers, they're an even bigger PIA - same gear though.
