Adv6255 slow scanning

Customers Adv6255 is scanning at a very slow rate. It will scan in the document then after about 3 or 4 minutes it will scan in the 2nd document, etc. Any ideas?

Yes they are scanning to email. They also have an ir6055 in the office that scans to email just fine.

We set everything to PDF compact, see if those settings match.

Yes, even when copying using feeder, it will intermittently stop and says scanning, eventually it will scan them all in but it takes a very long time.

Almost sounding like you might need to update your firmware... Especially RCON.

Try doing an RCON Clear in service mode first.... especially since it's doing it with copies as well as scans. ....Make sure you have your P-Print handy FIRST!!! It saves you a TON of headaches re-configuring everything after a clear!
