Just wondering if anyone has seen this fault ...see attached pictures. I had the pleasure of replacing the broken gears on the back of the hoppers (only took 10 hours lol) The machine could not be tested before hand and i dont think this fault is related to the gears being changed. IMO has to be transfer belt as fault is the same on all colours but more noticable on the black page. Fault is mostly on the trailing edge of the page. Some of the attached imaged may be rotated 180 out.

Clean or replace new Secondary transfer unit.

This reminds me of a funny story. I was PMing a Copystar VoyagerE in a copyroom that doubled as the kitchen and breakroom. I had laid out the units on the kitchen counter before installing them. During my work several people were in and out, one of which poured himself a cup of Sprite from a two-liter bottle. My first prints from the machine looked like yours. I pulled out my new transfer belt unit to see a weird crystaline shape on the belt surface. That crystalline stuff was dried sugar from the Sprite poured on my transfer belt. Fortunately it cleaned off without any damage to the belt.
At the moment it didn't seem so funny. On the way home, I laughed. If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
