    What's the consensus for reliability and serviceability on Advance C3330i?

    I am about to give a proposal on a lease return to a customer but I don't know much about them. I have been servicing Canon for over 40 years but I don't usually sell anything without knowing if it's reliable. What's this models achilles heel? I am not impressed at all with the C2225 series but this seems different and maybe more reliable. Any info will be appreciated.

    I have several of these in the field, but even more 35xx series which is basically the same machine with a better scanner/DADF.

    I haven't really noticed anything particularly bad about them, although there appear to be fair number of tech bulletins on the Canon Canada service page.

    Overall, I have to say, I haven't really had many calls on these at all. Recently, I've had to put in some drums on one, but the drums aren't total crap like the C2000 series units were.

    Honestly, the only issue I had with one of them was that the waste toner auger system had been damaged somehow during shipment, but I haven't seen the issue on the C3500 series.

    This thing is more like a 5000 than a 2000.
