    [Misc] IRADV 4225 double sided dirty, single sided ok

    I counter this problem after change new drum and cleaning blade. Look like a transfer roller issues..but after cleaning duplex unit the problem still persist. Anyone can help me solve this problem 💆💆

    after installing new drum... did you do the gamma adjust on it?
    did you clean the machine?
    what is the LIFE counters on consumables?
    dev unit may LOOK good did you remove it and turn the gears by hand to see coverage on mag roller?

      How to do gamma adj? I already clean the machine all duplex area and drum area. Dev unit seem fine, already checked.. this problem occur when i changed opc drum.

        After the drum was changed? Hmm, was this OEM, or aftermarket? Did you just replace the drum and keep the housing, namely the original cleaning blade and charge roller?

        That unit is likely your problem, best to replace the entire assembly, fresh charging components and blade and use OEM. I doubt the timing is a coincidence............

          Im using aftermarket drum n c.blade... sometimes ok sometime were not. I dont know why.. is there any adj in svc mode to init back the drum?

            Aftermarket parts in the image formation block is asking for trouble sooner or later, but I understand sometimes the end tech doesn't have much say. Check under the install mode in function, level one for a init mode for the drum, but it may not work with this drum if it is defective.
