Hello all,
I've found a rather unique issue that I'm wondering if anyone has seen before / has some insight into.
I have a fleet of ImageRunner Advance C9075's used for printing our materials. Normally, we store the materials we print frequently in the mailboxes, which allow us to print directly from the machine, as well as retaining settings - particularly finishing options like booklet creation (we do a great deal of this).
Of late, however, several of the machines have begun to, at random intervals, flip half of the pages of a workbook upside down and jumble the order of the pages. We confirmed that a file which was print to the mailbox on Friday, printed several times on Friday from the mailbox correctly, would, on Tuesday, print entirely out of whack. Looking at the page-by-page images on the printer confirms that the printer's concept of the file had changed - they were flipped in the page preview.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
