Seems like you are following the right steps as far as I can tell. Print the TX report and you will get a error code #xxx. There is a PDF file that breaks down these codes as per sending to email or scanning to folder. Also will list some key matters to address for the particular problem. Google Canon send error codes for the PDF

have you checked with their IT people to make sure the rights to the folder are SHARED?
what is the OS on the PC's?
have you upgraded FW in case of an SMB2/3 issue?

have you tried to set it up to your laptop?

Thank you for you all reply

I already succeed using scan and store via network

there is a manual i try step by step

          first=

Setting the Network - Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6075/6065/6055 e-Manual

          second =

Setting the Advanced Box - Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6075/6065/6055 e-Manual

the document i scan appeared on my network drive,
i still don't understand why it succeed,

          "maybe SMB setting"

            hi..

is user have a windows 10 OS
A might have blocked your SMB1 port.
you can check in run type
            windows powershell
a blue screen will pop up
            at prompt type
            Get-SmbServerConfiguration

look to see if EnableSMB1Protocol is on true
if its a false then that pc smb port is blocked for scaning.
you can unblock but dont.there is a special firmware for canon machines that open SMB2 FOR SCANNING

If you working on a TA OR A KYOCERA then you will have to open port

If they're using Win 10, check the IPv4 adapter properties. Click "Advanced", and check the WINS tab. If it's set for "NetBIOS over DHCP", change it to "NetBIOS over TCP/IP". I've found that causes a bunch of scanning issues.

You also need to check the Inbound Rules in Windows Firewall. Make sure all the "File and Printer Sharing" settings and the "Network Discovery (NB-Datagram) and (NB-Name) are ALSO set to allow. If they have a 3rd party firewall, you'll need to contact them to figure out how to configure it for SMB.

If they have ANY instance of McAfee on their computer.... Good luck, you're going to need it!
