gp 605 duplex jam

hi evryone ihave this machine that keep jammimg in duplexing unit. the jam code is 0110 please help me find the solution the roller are all good and clean.

This is a delay jam in the 'U-turn' sensor, i.e. paper isn't reaching this in the expected time.

As you have said you have cleaned the rollers I would check to see if there are any flat spots on the rollers (especilly if the duplex isn't used regually), also check for motors not activating, clutch slipping and worn drive belts. All located on the back of the duplex unit.
