    How do I disable the secured print lock file. All my print jobs are going to it. even when I pick just print

    Details of the service mode options are as follows:
    Lv.1>COPIER > OPTION > USER > EZY-SCRP
    ON/OFF of secure print simple auth
    0: OFF
    1: ON

    1) Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.
    2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
    Details To set whether to conduct secure print simple authentication. When 1 is set, secured print, encryption secured print and inbox print are received, but the normal print jobs are canceled. If the password '3758211' is entered at job sending, authentication by entering the password on the Control Panel is not required. If the password is not entered at job sending, authentication by entering the password on the Control Panel is necessary at job output. In addition, the following selection is added as auto deletion time of secure job: 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes

      i know that on the third gen canon copiers force hold is turned on by default .. so all print jobs get held in secure print.
