    LaserClass 730i how to set number of rings on incoming faxes?

    Does any one know how to set the number of rings for incoming faxes. Does any one know how this is done.

    That's a small desktop MFD yes?
    Not familiar with it as it's a U.S only model but the setting SHOULD be in USER SETTINGS>RX.....or FAX SETTINGS>USER SETTINGS>RXthat's just a guess based on other MFD's I've worked on.

      Actually it is just a older model with fax to email option. I did print out the current settings and did not see the the number of rings in any of the settings so I'm wondering if it is a Service program that needs to be changed.

        I have this same unit as well. I have PDF copies of the manuals. I've checked the menus on the unit and I searched the manuals for "answer", "ring", "rings" and "number of" and I can tell you for sure, the manuals don't mention anything about the number of rings to answer - or how to change that number. Sorry I couldn't have been more help.
