    C5045 problem

    Im having problem with one C5045i which all drums and heater unit is really good.
    Cant find any that may cause this line..

    Checked transfer belt also... And didnt see anything unusual.

      Since the line seems to be in more than one color, the fuser film would be the first thing that I would check. You may be able to do a simple visual inspection by just opening the right doors and flipping out the fuser guide.

          I agree.Make a force stop before fuser to be sure.
