Send Menu Suddenly Missing Canon IR6020

    [Misc] Send Menu Suddenly Missing Canon IR6020

    I know some one will help me here.... Turning on the machine this morning and suddenly found that the SEND menu is missing from the screen. I've checked the Service mode body Option that the UI-SEND and UI FAX are both setted on "1". Does any one have the solution? I hope he is here (Mr. teckat )

      If the Send button is the only button not displayed, reseat the Riser Card and Resolution PCB on the Main Controller

      Try and Re_seat the Resolution pcb on the Riser pcb that is located on the Main Controller.


      also
      Check / Re-seat the power connector for the reader unit.
      Check / Re-seat the interface connections.

                  I have a C5045 that is missing the Send, Fax, Access Stored, Scan and Store, do you know what could be the solution to that?
