My canon ir2020 is photo copying blank page and I try to print from data and it print well.please I need help to know what I can do to make copying came out well.thanks in advance.

PC Prints are OK !
Internal test prints and print jobs are fine
Glass Copies are Blank
Blank copies are occurring from the glass and feeder
Possible Image Processor issue
Note:
When replacing the image processor PCB, an 'ALL CLEAR' should be performed ( Don't do unless u have Firmware on Hand !!!!!) as well as flashing the PCB to the most current system software versions.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
