IR 8070 Shows Error 004 subcode 001 and the machine heater lamp does not turn on properly some times it turn on some time it is not..

Did u check wall outlet voltages, especially Netural to Ground=0.0v>0.5v max

neutral to ground is 2.8 volt

When the error appears and i turn on the machine the machine starts normally... but the heating lamp is not turning ON

Problem solved there is a dry solder in relay RL1 in AC Driver pcb which doesn't give proper power .
