[Error Code] error code E840-001

i have a canon copier ir 5065 displaying error code E840-001 i have replaced the following parts

1. Hp sensor
2. Shutter
3. Shutter motor
4. Shutter Gear Stopper

but i still get the some error code what could be the problem?
