[Jamming] Accumulated cleaning fixing web

First our customer calling us to check from cleaning fixing web unit that accumlated at at first fixing unit with imagepress 7010 vp.
Then we replaced it with new cleaning fixing web.
But we noted after install new one it also does not run out.
We checked the selonide at part-chk it working properly.
I attached the following image may be help.
