RUI on ir3300

I have an ir 3300. I can't connect by browser for the error below:

Contents RemoteUI is Not Found!
RUI Module Version: 4201

I make a ping from different PC to the printer, and all work perfectly.
In service mode, the voice COPIER-> VERSION-> RUI the value is empty "--.--"
How can I fix this? I have no program in order to update the firmware.
Help me!!!

I need Canon Service Support Tool for IR3300. Where I can download it & whats the latest version?

But you do need to use the service tool and install the RUI from the system software.

All the above are available from the Canon e-support site.

You are missing software...if no dealer then place a call unless you can get SST and software somewhere
