on an new hard drive
i'm having SST and software
and parallel port cable to connect computer LPT port with copier
or how to use it with network

Are you using a hard drive that is compatible with the copier, not just any hard drive will work? There are steps to follow in order when connecting to the computer and the copier and starting the System Software.

Do you have the Upgrading Procedure for this machine?

you have to change original canon hard desk and then to connect the parallel cable and go to download mode
