Hello.

I have a problem with a Canon iR ADV C2230. As you can see in the image atteched, the copies and printings are all black.

Have you ever see this issue?

I hace changed the ITB and Drums.

well... IMHO you were close on the drums... pull drums clean ALL contacts on the machine side and drum side...

remember B&W all black copy? HP contacts on the machine got pushed in ... Canon MADE the HP engines for decades...

start there... then maybe HVT harness or board...

K.I.S.S. ... there is ANOTHER acronym to live by... think of your car... MOST time it's the $3 part right? same with any machine/device I've seen
