i have this device. i configured option for sending mail from this device, but i don't know how configure that this device sends report counter? the device notify me when out of paper or toner empty. thanks

So far i know, is this not possible. On the RUI (Remote User Interface - Webpage) you can configure only --> Toner, Waste Toner and Paper Jam.

DCA Software that polls through SNMP and can notify with certain conditions? Like a Linux VM running Observium maybe?

From the web page, login as Administrator. Choose Settings/Registration then in the left side column, choose Device Management under Management Settings. Select E-mail Notifications Settings. From here you can create what type of notification you want to send (No Toner, Waste Toner or Paper Jam)

as i understand you cant get meter readings sent to you.we get toner low..paper jam..error codes but cant get meter readings.we either have to call client or get in our car and go get ourselfs

due to IT restrictions on what is allowed to run through .

the other possibility would be to install iwemc (Need a Microsoft System), then the meter capture plugin. Configure this plugin to retrieve the meter readings at certain intervals. No mail with counter readings will be generated, but csv export will be done, which can then be sent by mail.

to much for only one device.
