[Misc] image quality with imagpress c800

    hello dears:
    i hope you fine.
our case is related to imagepress c800 that we have replaced magenta drum and then running auto gradation
the auto gradation not completed so we check p-pascal readings and re-enter it again then run auto gradation is completed but when we print test PG 10 the result was as in(photo 1).
    we have checked:
-ITB belts and primary transfer rollers
    -secondary transfer assy.
    -belt ITB
and print test PG 10 the same result without any change .
we decided to clear MN-CON. also hard disk we get the result of (photo 2) for test PG 10
    Hint:
before clearing we upload machine system first and download it again using service support tool
but when print( photo 3) as you see there are shining areas
we have print the same photo on imagepress c6011 we get the (photo 4) is good
is there something missing with our imagepress C800 to solve this issue.
i also have attached the ps test to help in investigating this issue.

    thanks in advance.

    hi

as i understand your pg10 is now fine.you just having printing issue.

have you calibrated the fiery? COLOURS from ps test is way out.doing a normal auto grad wont sort out colours of fiery.

first to make sure your auto grad colours are correct then you do a fiery calibration on the fiery itself. you will need the calibration strips supplied with the fiery

Yes I have calibrated the fiery with my i1 and "photo 3" is after fiery calibration.
To be make sure auto grad colours I will attach the autogradation paper output to insure is right as possible as soon.

i don't know if this will work .. but in the drivers printing preferences -> images .. if you scroll down to the bottom, under image enhance, tick the box that says apply image enhancement then click apply and try printing again

also when you do an autogradation .. make sure that you highlight the box on the side that says "initialize when using full adjust" to initialize the settings back to standard

I have been attached the autogradation pages output that may help us to identify the problem.

Now we face another problem is color mismatch and E194
We replace belt itb and machine worked for while 5000k.
                Then color mismatch back again.
                Any advice.

the color mismatch is in both main scan and sub-scan directions also we have sometimes E194-3004 and also when running AT-IMG-x result is NG.

for startes, are the patch sensor windows clean? and did you replace the transfer rollers along with the belt? also whats the life on your consumables?
calibration pages looks kinda pale and dirty to me
