I have an image runner c3525 that we hooked up a coin box on and it was able to fax at first but now after about a week or two it has stopped and is giving me this message. image000000.jpg Any help would be much appreciated.

I would like to know the answer to this as well. We have been contacted twice regarding this issue. User management is not available when vending. A field tech told me he turned off vending to access the user management settings and there were no users assigned. I have sent an email to the Canon engineer we've dealt with concerning vending related issues like this but unfortunately he is out of the office until January. Run into this a couple of times, it is simple if not intuitive. Turn on dept ID management, go to register PIN then Limit functions. Turn off limit function for send and fax then back out and then turn Dept ID management back off.Comment

there are no fax limits in department ID when you go into it. I've checked all over and Canon and the jamex coin box company are saying this model will not fax on coin box. When you turn on For coin box the fax and scan icons go away you can put them back on but same message appears.Comment
