hi guys i have this error but there is no such this errorcode in my service manual.please help me.

Product : imageRUNNER C3200 Title : E751 (0302) code (not found in the Service Manual). Error :
E751 sub code 0302

Workaround :
E751 (0302) code is not found in the Service Manual. This code is addressed in Tech Pub TP03 125. The code refers to a memory writing error in the magenta drum unit. Check or replace the magenta drum unit or the Memory board (Memory Board part number is FG3-2345-000).
