Canon equivalent to ID and print?

Is there an equivalent to Konica Minolta's ID and print feature? With or without additional software? I have a cx that wants to be able to send a job and then have it automatically print when they swipe their card/fob. Secure print, even with pin turned off, is too many keystrokes.
