Thanks for that but it's telling me that it 'Cannot register the device because the number of registerable devices has been exceeded' so I need a new licence key. The one I have was given to me at the Canon training course a number of years ago.

IR-ADV 7055i -- though it should work on any of the IR-ADV models I thought, I've used the key I had on both 2020's and 7055's, at least I thought I did

Each Key you can use once, so your first key doesn't work anymore.
