Make sure the small gear at rear of drum unit(AP kit)when turned causes the mag roll and auger to turn in the drum cleaner assembly. I have had the auger break so it doesn't move the waste to the cleaner drive assembly. I replace the cleaner assembly on the process unit(its fun...lol)

Hi, Canuck thank you for the help we noticed that one of the gears was frozen in Waste Toner Feed Assembly we lubricate it, but after 5000 pages the toner mark came back, the auger in AP kit is working, we don't see that much toner in the waste bottle would you recommend replacing M4-0899-010 Waste Toner Feed Assembly ? or anything else I should check thanks again

Replace the ap kit as a assembly. I have had this as well, and the gears may turn individually when somewhat disassembled, assuming that's what you did to lube it. Lube won't work, order the entire assembly including the sep assembly and swap out the drum to the new one.

The waste drive is usually not the issue..if it backs up, you will get an E13 error. Usually the problem is in the cleaner assembly itself. As Roho suggested, replace the AP kit(drum holder assembly)... it comes with the cleaner assembly attached to it.Make sure you order the right one...6000 and 8000 are different. I have replaced quite a few waste drive assemblies also(Fm4-0899). They are notorious for backing up. I have quite a few 8000s/8200/8500 running 125k per month on each and this is common on them
