[Misc] Canon IRC2230 shows out of paper tray 1 with paper in it.

Original problem was tray one showed out of paper with paper in cassette. Found lift gear on cassette broken and when gear put in would lift, hear lift motor straining and then bang which I assume is gear skip noise. Useing manual found states changing for both cassette 1 paper level sensor and paper sensor. Sometimes right after lift stops it says check paper guides in tray with picture on control panel but after adjusting sometimes no message, but never shows paper on control panel. Tried new lift motor which includes size switches. Have a working C2225 so tried another cassette 1, cassette 1 sensor assembly, feed driver pcb, dc controller. Was going to try main controller 2 but customer gone for holiday. With the schematics can trace from tray 1 paper sensor, to feed driver pcb to dc controller. Not sure if main controller 1 tells main controller 2 to lift and stop or just main controller 2 as it is next in line on machine, shotgunning at this point. It appears that cassette moter lifts, paper detected by cassette 1 paper sensor but nothing tells motor to stop. Pushed cassette in, latest software and overwritten again. Cassette 2 and bypass both work fine. Hope someone else had this issue and can tell me the fix?

wiring from NO PAPER sensor to PCB board could be internally broken. or actuator deformed

Thanks. I changed out the assembly with the actuator. Could be a wire some where. Has me stumped and every one else I have talked to.

It was the bushing in top cassette feed roller was out of place. It tells lift to stop. No codes.
